Major renovation of the kitchen, toilet and bathroom
I did a major renovation in the kitchen. We knocked down the wall between the kitchen and the hallway, which enlarged the kitchen space. We put an interior window in the partition between the kitchen and the living room, which added natural light to the kitchen. We replaced the water supply and sewage system. We replaced the electrical wiring and the control panel. We installed new doors. We installed a new kitchen. We paved the floor and laid tiles.
We did a thorough renovation of the toilet and bathroom. Everything was dismantled. New plumbing was installed and old drainage pipes were replaced. The electrical wiring was replaced. The windows were replaced with plastic ones and an anti-intrusion grille was installed. In the toilet we laid tiles and installed new plumbing. In the bathroom we replaced the bathtub with a shower tray and replaced the plumbing. We replaced all the doors and the electrical wiring in the flat.
Installation of a floating floor in a drum studio DRUM CLASS
Nuestro socio nos pidió ayuda. Dos aulas construidas por otra empresa no superaron la prueba de sonido. Propusimos hacer en esas aulas un suelo flotante de 18 cm de grosor sobre almohadillas amortiguadoras. La instalación del suelo y la pintura de las paredes de cada aula se completaron en una semana. El socio está satisfecho. La prueba de sonido fue superada. La escuela de percusión funciona a pleno rendimiento.
Soundproofing project of a flat. Objective: to reduce impact noise from upstairs neighbours and external noise from the street
Construction stages:
A soundproofing project for a house aims to create a comfortable and quiet space, protected from outside noise, especially from sounds coming from upstairs neighbours. The work is carried out in several stages, using a holistic approach to improve room acoustics and update the interior in a modern way. Stage 1: Bedroom. The main task of this stage is to create a quiet and cosy atmosphere in the bedroom. For this purpose, professional soundproofing of walls and ceiling is carried out, which ensures noise reduction. In addition, to increase safety and comfort, all electrical wiring is replaced, a new door with excellent soundproofing properties is installed and an air conditioner is installed to ensure a comfortable climate. In the last stage, a window is replaced to improve thermal and acoustic insulation.
Phase 2: Hall. In the second phase, the main focus will be on soundproofing and modernisation of the hall. The soundproofing of the walls and ceiling will be carried out, as well as the insulation of the steel beam of the floor slab to minimise vibrations and noise. The demolition of the partition wall and the built-in wardrobe will also be carried out, which will create a larger and brighter space. At the same time, the entire electrical installation will be replaced and additional lighting will be added to improve the light distribution in the space. The air conditioning will be relocated to a new position for better air distribution. Three doors will be replaced by doors with better acoustic insulation characteristics, which will increase the overall noise protection.
Finally, one of the windows will be replaced to improve noise insulation and energy efficiency. This project is designed to offer a comprehensive solution to the noise problems, as well as improving the functionality, comfort and aesthetics of the interior, making the home ideal for modern, peaceful living.

Etapas de construcción:
1. Desmontaje del techo del aula. Retirada de los escombros de la construcción.
2. Elevación del techo 58 cm. Ampliación de las paredes hasta la altura del nuevo techo. Reubicación del extractor y de la entrada de aire. Adición de una nueva entrada de aire con la instalación de una trampa de sonido.
3. Construcción de una nueva habitación: а. Instalación de suelo sobre almohadillas amortiguadoras. в. Instalación de paredes sobre el nuevo suelo. Reubicación de todos los enchufes e interruptores. Instalación de la puerta principal. с. Instalación del techo sobre cerchas. Reubicación de las luminarias y los conductos de extracción y suministro de aire. Instalación de 3 ventiladores de conducto.
4. Masillado de juntas. Pintura. Instalación de luminarias, enchufes, interruptores y reguladores de velocidad de los ventiladores de conducto. Colocación de moqueta.
5. Montaje e instalación de paneles fonoabsorbentes en las paredes.
Installation of acoustic panels

5. Final check: A test is carried out to check the effectiveness of the installation and, if necessary, adjustments are made.
